
Join us at The Heritage Wine Bar on Thursday 24 September as we continue our Spring ABCs Dining Series with Matt Carulei and Matt Loader's exclusive themed produce menu.
Taking cues from the letter “A” and the best WA spring produce, the kitchen has crafted a menu around seasonal ingredients rendered in true Heritage style. Dishes are refined yet playful, pairing the likes of albacore tuna with almond and bread sauce, new-season asparagus with crisp-fried egg and Cambray Farmhouse sheep’s cheese, Arkady lamb with artichokes, and apple-caramel ice-cream with allspice parfait and crème fraîche.
Each course is paired with wines from Vasse Felix; Chief Winemaker Virginia Willcock be playing host on the evening and sharing insights into the winemaking process as well as a Q&A with the chefs.
