Adrian Acquado and Derek Novak, aka The Mushroom Guys, are two blokes we wouldn't be without. A staple of Chef Gord Kahle’s restaurant menus for years, the freshness and aroma of their mushrooms makes for some of our favourite dishes.
Grown on an urban farm, right here in Perth, pink oysters, scaly flamecaps, shitake and blue oysters are just a handful of the varieties they grow. Spray free, they use sustainable and renewable farming practices all the way. Even the substrate used to grow the mushrooms is recycled into compost. All good stuff when it comes to producing ingredients with the best flavour.

Try them in the bar and restaurant, and if you're up for it, try cooking them at home. They do farm direct Perth deliveries.
