This Italian beauty is made up mostly of Nebbiolo with a small amount of Merlot thrown in to do what Merlot does best. Allowed around 2 weeks for fermentation/maceration and with no oak to be seen at all, this lively little red is light and bright. Hailing from Lombardy, this Neb tastes of lightly sappy cherry fruit with a hint of saline, has a minerally tang, notes of alpine herbs and gently persistent tannin's.
