Starts Saturday 18th November.
We Will Roku
"SING IT! WE WILL, WE WILL, ROCK YOU!"
Amplified to the max with Roku gin, rockmelon and basil, this inspired banger is as loud, vibrant and in your face as the classic Queen line up. The colour, very literally inspired by amplifier brand Orange, an iconic symbol of the genre.
Roku gin, rockmelon, basil, lemon
Never Can Say Goodbye
"THERE'S A VERY STRANGE VIBRATION"
Disco time! Gloria Gaynor’s chart topper says Midori, the most disco of liquors. Imagine John Travolta in his Saturday Night Fever era, shaking his hips and sipping on sweet green melon juice. Charred pineapple syrup, fresh pineapple juice and fruit driven Ciroc Passion dance with Midori. The ultimate disco cocktail.
Ciroc Passion vodka, Midori, pineapple, lemon
Inspired by Ozzy Osbourne’s return after being booted from Black Sabbath, this is a riff on the modern classic, the Paper Plane. We’ve brought the double kick drum of Jager and the palm muted riff of Bulleit Bourbon together to mosh with a devilish sour green apple syrup, rounded out by gentle but always present lemon juice.
Bulleit Bourbon, Jägermeister, lemon, sour green apple
"SO WHEN THEY SAY SHUT IT DOWN, GIVE ME ONE MORE SONG"
Trinidad and Tobago is renowned for rum, but Johnnie Walker is also huge in the dual island nation. This sun-soaked take on an Old Fashioned wouldn’t look out of place during Carnival. The thumping bass of Machel Montano a perfect soundtrack. Mr. Fête does after all translate to Mr Party.
Johnnie Walker Black Label scotch, coconut, mango, mint
"THROUGH THE STORM, THROUGH THE NIGHT, LEAD ME ON TO THE LIGHT"
If our Ozzy inspired Crazy Train is the devil on your shoulder, this is surely the angel. A reverse on the classic El Diablo, it’s inspired by gospel in all its purple pitched choir glory. Ribena is the key to bringing this tequila-based highball to life. Fresh ginger hitting the back of your palate, and opening you up for those falsetto notes.
Casamigos Blanco Tequila, Ribena, ginger
Music of the Night
"A JOURNEY THROUGH A STRANGE NEW WORLD"
Inspired by a tale of two classics. The ever-haunting Phantom of the Opera and the classic 20th Century cocktail, itself a riff on the Corpse Reviver #2. Cue the organ. A milk punch clarification, delivered clean in the glass, don’t let the simplicity fool you.
Republic of Fremantle full bodied gin, Cocchi Americano, white chocolate, chamomile
"OOH BABY, WHEN SHE MOVES, SHE MOVES"
As spicy and fun as latin pop itself. Ancho Reyes blends with the herbal bomb that is Green Chartreuse. Meanwhile the orgeat brings it all down to earth just long enough for your feet and hips to start moving to the beat.
Ancho de Reyes, Green Chartreuse, lime, orgeat syrup
"TAKE A CHANCE, WITH LOVE ROMANCE"
Inspired by the Eurobeat of Japan's Para Para club culture. Think dance music imports of the Italo disco variety. B-1 Dynamite, one of the best known parties, gives its name to this cross-cultural cocktail. Italicus bergamot liqueur and fresh cucumber meets matcha, full of tannins for depth and balance. Boom.
Tanqueray No. Ten gin, Italicus, lemongrass, cucumber, macha, lemon, egg white
Break on Through (to the Other Side)
"I FOUND AN ISLAND IN YOUR ARMS, COUNTRY IN YOUR EYES"
Named for The Doors classic and just as captivating. Proving inspiration is a funny beast; drummer John Densmore, was inspired by Brazil's bossa nova beat. A delicious nod to both, we’ve paired Cachaça, peanut butter, and the tropical notes of passionfruit.
Sagatiba Cristalina Cachaça, Frangelico, peanut butter, passionfruit
"I SEE YOUR LIPS, THE SUMMER KISSES"
A drink for the jazz lovers, this number named for the complexity of multiple rhythms, and three rums. Much like jazz itself it'll take you from A to B while passing through X, Y and Z. Bitter and playful, complex and sweet, sometimes you just need to improvise.
Zacapa 23 rum, Goslings rum, Pampero Blanco rum, Aperol, rose vermouth, charred pineapple
Top of the Pops
"NEVER GONNA GIVE YOU UP, NEVER GOING TO LET YOU DOWN"
We all secretly let loose to some top 40 song while on the road. And nothing says pop music like a good spritz. Most people enjoy a refreshing, fun and fizzy glass, even if they wouldn’t admit it. Not to be over thought. Enjoy with abandon.
Apricot, thyme, pomegranate, and bubbles
