The Bobèche team will be hosting a comprehensive masterclass among the bottles of sister venue Heritage Wine Store where guests will build, shake and stir their way through seasonal gin-based cocktails.
Guests will be greeted with the iconic Bobèche Iced Tea on arrival, tantalisingly poured from an ornate teapot, something the basement cocktail bar has become renowned for across Perth.
A long wooden table stretches the length of the wine store and will be armed with all the equipment needed to create two delicious creations. The first will be a built style Collins cocktail, the Alpine Collins complete and the second a shaken cocktail, the Charlie Chaplin which features Hayman’s Sloe Gin, apricot brandy and lime juice.
The masterclass will take the budding mixologists through the history of drinks, details of various techniques and knowledge around killer flavour combinations. Guests will create their own mixology magic while sipping their way through some Bobèche favourites.
Known for his deft touch on balanced cocktail creations, Bobèche Bar Manager, Patrick Carpenter said he is looking forward to guiding guests through the innovative recipes with that signature Bobèche twist.
